Old Home in the Hub of Latta

This old home has been completely renovated and is situated in the hub of the small town of Latta, SC. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, den, dining room, sitting room, and kitchen. There is a wrap around porch with rockers and benches for enjoying the out of doors. The home sits across the street from the Carnegie Library which is being enlarged and improved. Next door is the Veterans Park which features the first Post Office, one of the first schools called Vidalia, a gazebo for a lazy afternoon visit. The Post Office is just a walk away on Main Street and the Dillon County Museum is also within walking distance. Just down the street are two churches, Latta Methodist and Latta Baptist. Latta is just off of I-95 and is a perfect stop-over for your trip north or south. Myrtle Beach is about one hour away on Highway 501. If you are a racing fan, the Dillon Raceway is a few miles away.
