Taylor was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond. This was our second time staying at one of their properties and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The property was beautiful and we were able to host our entire group. We would absolutely book again!

Wonderful stay

We had a group of 20 people and could not have been happier about the property. The communication with the property manager and how nice Taylor and all their employees were was incredible. Could not recommend this place enough for a fun outing.

Our group of 17 had a great stay at the property. The back yard set up was perfect for everyone to hangout together and there were plenty of beds and sleeping areas. The location was central to golf courses, casino, and downtown Fort Lauderdale.

An Amazing Experience in Fort Lauderdale

This VRBO was everything we needed for a great trip! Super convenient location close to everything but still felt private and relaxing. The house was well-stocked, and everyone had exactly what they needed to enjoy their stay. The place was very clean with an amazing view. Whether we were hanging out by the pool or exploring the area, it was the perfect home base. The hosts are very nice people and accommodating. Highly recommend this location!

Bachelor party

Stayed here with a group of 16 guys for my brother bachelor party. Plenty of room, and the backyard pool was great. Location was less than 2 miles from the hard rock casino. Had a great time!

Unfortunately, this property was nothing like what was advertised on VRBO. The photos are highly misleading & do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In person, it was a rundown & dilapidated version of what was advertised. The exterior was neglected & unsafe: trash scattered throughout the grounds, dead & overgrown landscaping, & visible hazards. One of the most concerning issues was a broken electrical socket hanging from a light fixture near the pool. Several pool area lights did not work or appeared broken. Door locks near the pool did not lock securely, creating a serious safety concern. Inside, the units were shockingly filthy. We found dirty floors, unclean bathrooms, hair in the drains, no towels upon arrival, and inconsistent hot water. Bedding was especially unacceptable—sheets had visible blood & bodily fluid stains. We also encountered cockroaches, small bugs on kitchen counters, & bed bugs. Due to the late hour, we were forced to wash sheets ourselves & spend hours cleaning just to be able to sleep. Communication with the host was extremely disappointing. When we raised legitimate concerns, he became defensive and aggressive, even blaming us for the cleanliness issues despite us being there less than 24 hours. He later confronted me in person & made excuses for every issue, including stating it was “custom” for guests to wash bedding upon arrival, which is absolutely unacceptable. A rental should be clean, safe, & ready. This was a nightmare trip.

Amazing resort looking backyard!

Our family of 24 loved it very accommodating for large families. Very spacious and lots of parking. Very quick response from owner if I had any questions. Only thing I would add is maybe a broom or some cleaning supplies to keep up with the property.

Weekend Stay

My family and I were in town for a wedding. This property was just what we needed for my group of 20. Very spacious and a great layout. The beds were comfortable and had more than enough space. There are accommodations if you are traveling with infants which made us happy as we had one traveling with us. The backyard is simply amazing. Lots of room for everyone to lay out and enjoy the outdoor. We had a great time . The pictures tell a story but to see in person is a must . It’s a must see. Check in was super easy and the owner was very kind and helpful. Will book again.

Amazin resort !!!

Taylor's resort was amazing!!! This property has it all if you are looking to spend time with a large group. . The backyard is absolutely gorgeous very large pool and hot tub. Communication was great as we were able to get everything we needed such as a new pack and play for my friend's baby. Each unit has plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for the group. I would definitely stay at this location again. It is 5 minutes from the airport and Hard Rock Casino. Its about a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd. I cannot recommend it enough

Everything and More

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fascinating rental house to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. We hosted a party for 18 guests, and everyone felt comfortable in the house without feeling crowded. One of the highlights of this rental was the outdoor space, where the pool, jacuzzi, and grill came together harmoniously in the backyard. We enjoyed a morning cup of coffee and were able to unwind with an evening glass of wine on the patio; it created moments of laughs and relaxation.The location was fantastic; it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the local attractions. We ventured out to the casino and the beach; everything was just a short drive away.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made this a memorable birthday.I highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It truly felt like it was a home away from home, and members of my family want to host our next family reunion here. I can't wait to return!

Amazing Experience

Our group of 14 had an incredible stay at this property. It's more of a resort than a house with multiple residences located on the property for a big family gathering like we had. The property is even more stunning than the pictures, with an interior that exudes a calming and relaxing vibe, and a backyard that’s simply amazing. We hardly felt the need to leave the property because it was so perfect. The location is fantastic, with the beach nearby and plenty of stores, shops, restaurants, and bars within easy reach. This is a great area with lots to do all within a short drive away. The hosts were absolutely exceptional. They responded promptly to any requests and were always ready to help. They’re both extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. We were there for a birthday/family celebration, and we’d return in a heartbeat. We can't recommend this property enough!

Needs Maint. & Care

We booked a weekend retreat for board executive retreat. The home is nice but not stocked or set up for quality stay.Three units (only one connects to outdoors) and all three had zero bathroom towels, 2 broken air conditioning, no essentials - or welcome set up.The pool and outdoors was filthy when checked in.The lighting was sporadic and fire pit not working.Bedrooms clean but bathrooms all had water issues (leaking and slow hot water) Host was fast at cleaning outdoors when contacted and after a day did have AC repaired.We’ve stayed in many homes and this could be nice with a huge dose of maintenance and home set up. For what you spend per night -really needs to have clean bath (not pool towels) and tissues/ etc set up in every bathroom and kitchen staples. Also it’s very near airport so if you are sitting outdoors enjoying pool there’s jets every 10 min -difficult to hear conversations.

This property does not at all match the description or photos. It is very unclean and in a state of disrepair, at times even unsafe. There is dirt on the walls, mold in the bathrooms, and cockroaches in the home and pool. There are a number of broken or missing items--closet doors that don't open, frames falling off the walls, shelves that had fallen down and not been put back up. The beds and kitchen supplies are all very cheap. The hot water in many of the showers did not get past lukewarm. There are not enough towels for everyone. Worst of all, one member of our group incurred a skin injury due to a poorly maintained vent in the hot tub. It's not close to the beach (10-15 minute Uber). I would strongly recommend against this property, especially at the price. It is very low value.
