Cozy three bedroom, two bath, farmhouse costal condo with large screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails or just relax on the hammock. Beach chars, umbrella and cooler provided for your beach escapes. Sleeps seven and laundry in unit. Everything you need for your home away from home. Alcohol in pics will be locked up. A parent needs to stay entire stay with young adults/children

I am a retired educator from Rochester, NY. I purchased this condo in August prior to retiring. I love Florida and fell in love with Vero Beach with its small coastal town feel. I am 10-12 minutes away from beaches, shopping and restaurants on the water. You’ll find the neighboring towns of Fort Pierce and Sebastian have nice beaches and restaurants as well. There is a pool, fitness center and tennis courts at the entrance available for a small fee. Let me know and I’ll make a phone call.
