This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only 2 blocks away from Public Rd. Within walking distance of some of the most delicious restaurants, and unique local shops. Within close proximity of Boulder and Denver. Inside you will find a nice queen size bed, small sofa that turns into a twin sized bed. You will also have your own personal side street parking and private entryway / patio area featuring lounging area, and fire pit.

Guest can park on Gaugh St. from there you can walk up the alley way, tell you reach a 6ft fence with the entrance of a large rolling gate.
Quiet time outside is between 10pm-7am

Perfect place in Lafayette

We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! The space is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!
