About this property

Waterfront Home on the Harbor with a Pool, Boat Dock & Pet Friendly!

Come enjoy our unique & spacious 3br/2bth (with bonus loft) waterfront home on Manatee Pocket Harbor.

Feel free to bring your boat along and keep it on the dock or use the provided kayaks & bikes. Great fishing is to be had right off the dock and in the surrounding waters. Stuart Florida is known as the Sailfish Capital of the world!

While staying here be sure to check out the restaurants directly across the harbor.
Also, don't forget to feed the Giant Galapagos Tortoises right across the street!

The space
Two bedrooms (with king beds) & both baths are downstairs. There is a large living room overlooking the pool and water that is great for entertaining. Upstairs has one bedroom with two queen beds and a comfortable loft that is a great relaxing spot with a view of the water and fully equipped with a king air mattress.

Guest access
The entire house and yard is yours! On occasion there may be someone parking in the driveway to access their boat on the dock.

Other things to note
There is an unheated pool guests to use but please note this is at their own risk and there is no jumping or diving allowed into the pool for your safety.

We enjoyed the house and pool immensely, but were never able to get the hot tub working for our use. This was not a big deal for us during our end of summer trip, but we tried anyway. The location on the water allowed for ample opportunities to feed the fish from the dock and was close to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive to questions, but I recommend they disclose up front how frequently boat owners may come into the backyard throughout the day, as that was a bit of a surprise to us in the pool.

Summer fun in Stuart

Enjoyed our stay! The house was open and very spacious. Had everything needed for our stay. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place....cons; the jacuzzi did not work, whoever cleans the house can do a bit better, the washing machine leaks water from the plumbing. I would definitely stay again

The waterfront property was just what we were looking for. Had a great dock to keep my boat and a nice pool. The living room had great views of the water.

We had such a great time staying at this property!! The owners are two of the kindest people we’ve ever stayed with and are so welcoming. The view when waking up and walking into the kitchen was amazing, made us excited to start the day. We brought our boat and were able to really utilize the charm of the property. We parked right in the boat house and our boat got to hangout in the shade when not in use. I especially liked how easy it was to just grab a hose and wash down the boat or clean fish. Commercial ice machine added a nice level of convenience, too! The kids loved the pool and found ample things to play with. We also appreciated how there were a lot of kids toys, play kitchen, and a chalk board for the kids inside the house. The master bedroom had a nice crib and changing table. The house has a nice charm and felt like we were right at home. We will definitely be back! Thanks Steven & Janell, we truly appreciate everything! V/R,The Williams family

Rocky Point Family Week

Very comfortable house and unbelievable view, kept feeling like we were in a postcard. The owner was very helpful, and prompt with the one request we had. Loved the music that came across the inlet from the restaurant 2Georges. Having great food options across the water was a bonus. We will definitely be back to this rental again in the future. High recommendation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My two sons and I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days to fish and spend time on the boat. We had an awesome time - the house was very roomy, clean and was perfect for us. We brought our 30’ center console and the dock worked out great - had shore power and water. The trailer fit well in the driveway as well. Steve and Janell were wonderful hosts with having the house ready and provided excellent communication. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!

House is incredibly convenient in Manatee Pocket. Easy to boat over for dinner to the nearby restaurants. Dock was very nice, ample room to dock, and boat was safe with plenty of room. Pool was clean and very comfortable. House was a great fit for a guys weekend but in general could use some TLC. Host was very responsive.

We had a great time! The host was available and had quick response time for questions asked. This is a perfect location. We rented a boat and had it docked and available for immediate use. The only downfall was the weather! We enjoyed a lot of hot tub and pool time! Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back.
