Adorable 2 Bed/2 Bath home in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. INCLUDES GOLF CART!
This home is a camper w/ addition, which is common in Ocean Lakes. **Camper height ceilings in the kitchen & kids room

Sleeps 5 people (up to 2 adults). Covered Front porch. Enjoy cookouts with gas grill provided. Queen Bed in primary bedroom has attached private bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two (CAMPER-SIZED) beds perfect for kids and. Twin cot in Living Room (fold-out Ottoman)
Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enough Parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! Bathroom towels & Kitchen towel set provided. Bring your beach Towels

No in-home laundry, but you have access to the Ocean Lakes laundry

Enjoy all of the amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer:

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Golf Cart use is for licensed drivers Age 21+ - Must sign golf cart waiver and upload drivers license for any potential drivers prior to arrival
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

*(For bookings confirmed AFTER 3/28/2025), Price includes a gift card for a GOLF CART RENTAL at Ocean Lakes rental shop. Just pick it up, and it's on us. Ocean Lakes does not reserve carts. There are typically plenty of carts. However you may want to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability.
