Spacious and Bright Mission District Home in a Great Location

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bath condo unit in San Francisco's historic Mission District. Close to public transportation, downtown, and 24th street restaurants and shopping.

There are two bedrooms and two baths on the 2nd floor with the kitchen and open living/dining space. The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath and the other bedroom on the 2nd floor is right across from the second guest bathroom. Downstairs is a large den and the third bedroom and bathroom. There is also a full laundry room with wash and dryer for guests use. The backyard is accessible through then den and features a porch swing and turf play area.

I had a fantastic stay. The host was extremely welcoming from the first message, with clear instructions for check-in and quick replies to any question. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly (great shower, strong Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen). . Overall, it was even better than the photos and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect for our needs

My sister-in-law had a lung transplant at UCSF and she was required to stay in San Francisco for 6 weeks during her recovery. My wife and I along with her husband signed on to be care givers during this period. She also had visits from her three daughters at different times. So the three bedrooms with three full baths was perfect for us. We also prepared most of our meals here so the kitchen and the BBQ were put to good use. The only real negative was parking but this is true everywhere in San Francisco. We were usually able to find street parking and the few times we couldn't we parked at the lot next to San Francisco General Hospital a short walk away.
