The villa was better than we had expected. It had everything that was advertised on the listing. The two individuals that I communicated with, Brody and Kun, were outstanding in their communication as well as responding to our needs

Fantastic villa

Everything about this villa was perfect for us. The location was handy for visiting the best beaches around, you do need a car though. Unfortunately the access to the beach 20 yards from the villa was very limited due to construction work during our stay.We need to give a big shout to Janeji who was our point of contact for the management company, she was so quick to respond to any queries or problems, and made our holiday stress free.Overall, would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Terrific property and our family had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Kun was such a fantastic property manager and he really went above and beyond for us from check in to check out. We didn’t realize the third bedroom was in a separate back house which was an issue given our children are younger, but they ended up staying al together in the spacious second bedroom, which fit their two cots they have in addition to the bed. So not a big deal but something to keep in mind nonetheless. A very quiet beach is just steps away. The water is puddle level for a long ways out so not really for swimming but such a great beach to explore the tide pools either young ones long quiet walks on the beach.All in all it was our favorite villa out of three during our time in Thailand and we’d stay there again!

The whole stay in the Villa Baan Buaa was just awesome! The villa itself is beautiful and the service of the whole team (management and also the lovely housekeeper) was perfect - absolutely nothing to complain about. We've got so much help when we had any questions. That was really much appreciated. Samui is a wonderful island but the stay at Baan Buaa made everything even better. We will always keep this wonderful experience in mind and will be back as soon as possible. Many thanks to Jeremy and Kanda for the nice time you've enabled us, for the perfect villa, for the great service - just for everything! Much love from Switzerland!
