The cottage features two queen bedrooms and space for up to six guests, along with a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen—ideal for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners and preparing all your favourite cottage meals.



Outside, you’ll have plenty of space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in front porch, unwind on one of the two patios, or explore the natural trails beside the property leading toward the Nine Mile River. And when you’re ready for some beach time, Lake Huron is just a five-minute walk away.



Spend your days swimming, hiking, cycling, fishing or simply enjoying the spectacular Huron coastline. Nearby Goderich, Bayfield and Kincardine offer charming shops, restaurants, marinas and plenty of opportunities to explore.

Large rooms, air conditioning a plus. Fully equipped kitchen, no dishwasher. Very pet friendly, our small cockapoo was very welcome. Great back yard with patio, pergola and fire bowl. Large yard and screened in porch a bonus. Our host Paul was very helpful and accommodating. A restful, unique cottage makes you feel right at home.

Our overall impression of the property was great. It was how it said it was in the description. It was cozy and clean. Would definitely go back. Also great location close walk to the beach, and rhe parknfor the kids.

Fabulous

The cottage was rustic with wide pine plank flooring, open concept, high ceiling and an overall impression of welcoming guests. So many interesting decorations to examine. As often as possible we sat outside on the patio on the comfortable cushions. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Of all the vrbo places we've stayed at this was the best so far. Loved it.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating areas especially the screened in front porch. The kitchen was well equipped for the self catering we planned. When we prepared and cooked we found everything we needed to succeed. The cottage is beautiful and all the decorations are a tourist destination in themselves. We were still noticing new things even on leaving day. I enjoyed seeing the historical photos of the area. Bed was comfy ! ( but was a little bit narrower than the queen sheets we brought from home ). We had brought books and amusements from home but really didn't have to as the cottage had all sorts of books and games . We took advantage of the location to drive over to Blyth to see a play. It was not warm enough to swim but sunsets on the beach down the road were lovely.
