A convenient powder room on the main level adds to your comfort.

Why they chose this property

We see deer, owls, and sometimes foxes, but are less than a mile from downtown, campus, and Sanford Stadium. A friend once told me
we live on the best block in Athens, and I can’t disagree!

What makes this property unique

Built in 1910, close to downtown but the property extends back the whole block—one of only 2 properties that boast that feature. Makes for a tranquil getaway just steps from all the action.
