DellaGracia Mansion is a 19th century restored stoned house in Poseidonia, a historical resort on the island of Syros, also called Dellagracia.
This mansion of 172 m2 was designed by an architect of Ernst Ziller’s School. The antique furniture contributes to the personality of this accommodation. DellaGracia Mansion has 4 big bedrooms (approximately 19m2 each), 2 sitting rooms with double sofa-beds, a full equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. All beds can be converted into double beds.
The Guests can enjoy the spacious garden, more than 3 acres, surrounded by thick stonewalls, terraces and offering a sea view, only 400 m from the Gulf of Poseidonia. The garden includes tall pine trees, olive trees, rare mastic and almond trees, and scented flowers such as jasmine. The terraces are covered by big pine trees pergolas, ideal for all fresco dining and relaxation. All terraces are made of 19th century marble.
Clean linen and towels are provided.

The Mansion offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, an espresso machine and toaster are available for your comfort. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site.

It is located at the southwestern part of Syros, has the best climate of the island and a beautiful landscape. This is why it was the choice of the bourgeoisie for its impressive summer houses. Famous mansions were built from the beginning of 19th century and because of their architectural interest attract all visitors of Syros.
The mansion is situated in a 3 acre pine trees garden and surrounded by thick stonewalls. It is the last house in a dead end quiet road which leads to a pathway towards the seashore. These conditions guarantee absolutely a tranquil privacy for the tenants.
The garden with the sea view is a pleasure by itself. Beside the huge pine trees, olive, rare masticha, almond trees, scented flowers such as jasmine.
One of the characteristic features of the house is the 19th century antique furnishing , for example at the chestnut wardrobe and its mirrors and the gold plated large mirror in the dining room from the early early kingship years of Greek history, french and chinese porcelain dishware and decorative items . All the above are at the disposal of the tenants.
The high (4,5 m height) ceilings are wooden. Linen curtains and antique hand curved curtain rails.
