I never got the chance to stay here. The lady never replied to my emails or calls or text. I contacted her before 3pm (check-in time) and told her i had not gotten the door codes. After numerous phone calls and text, I finally got a good off her. She gave me the wrong door code. By that time, it was 6pm, i was outside the cabin trying to get in with the wrong code. I called her and she didn't reply, i called the onsite manager and she didn't reply. I texted them both that the door code was wrong but i didn't get a reply. We got a phone number from one of the people staying there and we called him and he called them to call us but we got nothing. We just left and went back into town and got a motel. Stay away from this place.
We stayed for a weekend so we could float the river and enjoy the outdoors. I didn’t realize it was a 30 minute drive from All American Floats but, we enjoyed the drive so much, we didn’t even mind. The camp is very well kept. Our little cabin was all we needed. There were 4 of us adults and we had enough space. The upper loft bed area is pretty small and would suit children better than adults. We didn’t use it. The fold out bed was very spacious and easy to set up and down. There are extra blankets, a full refrigerator, a tv with dvd player, some dvd movies, a coffee maker and coffee. The little porch was nice in the mornings and nights. It faces the picnic table, fire pit and woods instead of other camps/the road, which we thought was a great idea. We saw tons of lightning bugs, bright colored birds, squirrels and rabbits. Really pretty area. The bathhouse is well kept, good size and a short walk across the playground. I never had to wait more than a minute or two for one of the bathrooms/showers to be available. We had a great time and would definitely book here again.
