This luxurious vacation rental is perfect for families or groups, offering comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests across 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom. An additional half bathroom is conveniently located next to the living area.



Casa Gran Vista boasts modern amenities to enhance your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the house, and ceiling fans. Each bedroom and the living room feature TVs for your entertainment. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator with an icemaker, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, and toaster, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.



Step outside to enjoy the private swimming pool with stunning ocean views, or host a barbecue on the pool deck furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. We had an amazing time with our family at Casa Gran Vista! The views are outstanding! Every night there was an amazing sunset view! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you'd need. We loved relaxing at the pool, playing pickleball at the racquet club, hiking the neighborhood trails, and venturing to all the beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby.

Perfect Family Retreat

Beautiful house on top of a hill overlooking the sea. The entrance to the house and the parking lot are on the upper level, from which you enter the living room, dining room and kitchen. Also on this level is the terrace, the pool and the main room. The design and architecture guarantee to make the most of rest and family sharing. On the ground floor there are two rooms with bathroom each, they are very comfortable and have excellent lighting, as they overlook the garden. The house is in a private residential called Mar Vista, very safe, we had an excellent and super efficient arrival. In less than 10 minutes you can reach Playa Flamingo, as well as the Marina which has shops and restaurants. Also very close is Playa Potrero which has excellent restaurants.
