Casita Forth Worth is cozy and modern. With all new appliances and furnishings including a 65 inch Smart TV. Included in your stay is complimentary coffee and tea bar. The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms welcome you with comfy beds, superior quality linens and black out curtains throughout for a great night sleep. Outdoor patio and seating with a grill ready to fire up. There is plenty of parking with a driveway for 2 more vehicles in the rear and many spots in front of the home. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with plenty of sidewalks. Lake access a few blocks away and a nearby kids park. There is plenty to do nearby like the Stockyards, Forth Worth Zoo, Dallas World Aquarium, Pegasus City Brewery, Sundance Square, AT&T Stadium or Dickies Arena, Six Flags, or go for a hike at Shari Capehart Nature Preserve, and so much more. We also have TCU and several hospitals and convention centers nearby if you seek a comfortable place to stay as a student or on business since the house is centrally located with easy access to the highway. Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is very family friendly and most of all safe. You will see people out walking their dogs, exercising, and kids playing. I also like that it is conveniently located to the highway so I can get on the road easily to anywhere in DFW.

What makes this property unique

Casita Fort Worth is a very cozy home. If you want to feel like home this is it! The kitchen is FULLY stocked. Cook any meal. The living room has a 65 inch TV with a comfy sofa and a huge bean bag chair for adults and children alike. You can also grill out in the completely enclosed fenced back yard for peace of mind while the kiddos or fur baby is out there with you. On really hot or cold days drive right into the garage as it is available to park with your stay. Walk a few blocks and you have a playground just for the kids. You can also walk down the street to Lake Arlington.
