***** History & Character
This estate has a rich past—originally a private hunting lodge in the 1950's and ’60's, it’s now being made available to the public for the very first time. We’re currently collaborating with the San Lorenzo Valley Museum to document more of its hidden history.
For the last 40 years, it’s been home to former executives from Apple, Oracle, HP, Adobe, Nvidia, and Motorola. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled to the highest standards, while preserving its original charm, including the wood-look natural gas fireplace in the main lodge.
***** Location & Pool Info
You're just a short walk to historic downtown Boulder Creek, including charming shops and the legendary Scopazzi’s Restaurant.
Our resurfaced pool (PebbleTec, May 2025) is open mid-May to late October, heated via solar panels. While we’ll do our best to keep it warm, temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions.
***** Sustainability & Guest Consideration
We're on a septic system, so we ask guests to help minimize paper waste in toilets. Please turn off lights when not in use—this helps us keep rates affordable for everyone.
***** Local Dining & Downtown Highlights (10-Min Walk)
You're just steps away from:
Scopazzi’s (classic fine dining)
Tae’s Edo Sushi
