Excellent fit, well located, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small balcony, service area and 1 parking space. Fully equipped, with capacity for 6/7 people.
It has fans in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and crockery. It is close to commerce, hypermarkets. Its street starts at Avenida da Enseada Beach, right after passing Pitangueiras Beach, allowing access in 10 min. on foot or by car in less than 5 minutes. Building with 2 elevators and 24 hour concierge. There is wifi available in the common area of the building. Beach clean and very well evaluated by Cetesb next to the apartment.

# We do not charge the cleaning fee - the fit should be returned with cleaning done.

The Rent Vacation Season site is including service charge in the budget, which charge as intermediation in the rental, but can be split several times without extra.
