Beautiful Mountain Retreat Farm, Hot Tub, Pool, Hiking, Golf Carts Available

Sugarboo Farms is the perfect place to bring your family, church group, corporate retreats, etc. Located in Blairsville, GA., the farm is a relaxing mountain atmosphere to get away from the everyday stresses of life. Set on 20 acres in the North Georgia mountains, visitors will find plenty of space and privacy to enjoy with their groups. Upon arriving to the farm, our guests will notice the large farmhouse which houses the commercial grade kitchen which can easily prepare meals for large groups and dining areas (both indoor and outdoor). Laundry facility, showers and smart televisions are also located in the Farmhouse. There are 2 bedrooms located on the top floor of the farmhouse, one room with a queen sized bed and the other room with 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a trundle to accommodate 6 guests.

Directly behind the farmhouse, there is a large patio area for entertaining with plenty of seating. Perfect for socializing, workshops, meetings, music performances, etc. Guests may relax on the patio wile enjoying a fire and enjoying the fresh mountain air. The covered patio area is equipped with an outdoor cook top and large bar area. Just beyond the patio, behind the farmhouse, is a terraced lawn with an outdoor movie theater and the swimming pool area. A large game pool and hot tub make for very enjoyable Spring and Summer days.

Down a small hill from the farmhouse the guests travel into the property and are introduced to our 15 sleeping cottages. Our 15 cottages are split up into 3 areas. Each area includes 5 cottages, 4 of which are equipped with queen beds and 1 equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds plus a pull out trundle bed. Each site has a private fire pit area and restrooms. There are a total of 6 toilets located around the cottage areas allowing for plenty of restroom space. (Please see map of property included in our photos.) Each cottage is equipped with lights, ceiling fan (space heater in colder months) and electrical outlets. Guest will be given a key to their cottage and may lock their personal belongings in the cottages. After passing through the cottage areas of the farm, our guests will notice our organic garden, and animals.

Seasonally, Sugarboo Farms grows organic vegetables, herbs and plants and all are available for our guests to use. Our guests will also enjoy our four legged friends, we have goats, chickens, pot bellied pigs, and a donkey, who all love human attention. Aside from activities on the property, there are 2 golf courses near by, 2 lakes, plenty of antiquing and lots of scenery to take in. There are also many natural areas around to enjoy, ranging from National Parks to miles and miles of hiking trails. We are a short distance from Blue Ridge, GA, Copper Hill, TN. and many parts of North Carolina. The farm can sleep 47 people in beds. Rates include the following: Full use of the 25 acre farm, full access of the Farmhouse, 15 sleeping cottages and 2 bedrooms on top level of Farmhouse (sleeps 47), unlimited swimming pool and hot tub use, any activities on the farm, wi-fi access in the farmhouse, HD tvs, and Blu-Ray players, one bundle of firewood, propane provided for grill. Please note, this means one reserve tank.
