Why they chose this property

A very quite neighborhood, serene environment with very low crime rate. This property is surrounded with good restaurants ( Apple Bees, Sakura Japanese Steakhouse, Doc Holiday Roadhouse, etc.) and supermarkets ( Walmart, Cash Wise, Albertsons, Jcpenny, etc.) . It's at close proximity to downtown and the train station. It's a about 15minutes drive to the airport and to the Williston State College. I really recommend this neighborhood to you for your stay and you will love it. The landscaping alone will blow your mind. You will feel like no other neighborhood. Summer in this neighborhood is awesome. Public playground is just a walking distance. Trampoline park is less than five (5) minutes drive

This property is elegant, very spacious, clean and really refreshing. It is equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. Wall decor and painting will beat your imagination. It is indeed a home sweet home. It has fridge, microwave, rice cooker, waffle maker, coffee maker, oven, electric water kettle (in fact you can prepare every meal to enjoy from breakfast to dinner). It has air condition and heating system. A washer and a dryer to keep clothing clean and neat. This property also come with wide area of parking space with zero crime rate.
