Gorgeous and updated home with pool in beautiful Surprise, AZ!

This inviting 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for snowbirds and has great monthly rates. Free WIFI throughout property and satellite TV. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. It also includes a direct walk out to the backyard which has a gorgeous custom designed heated pool and 5 fruit trees! Both guest rooms both have a queen bed and a warm decor. There are three flat screen TV's in the house, as well as a sound system in the living room and outside. Kitchen is fully updated and has everything you could need including: coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The covered lanai is a great place to eat dinner, or you can choose to eat in the kitchen the modern dining table with seating for 6. The pool is heated (upon request $)and has a shallow end for children. Pool comes with an umbrella and in pool seating for those blazing hot Arizona days. The home also has a wood burning firepit outside, pool toys and floaties. NO LIFE JACKETS on premises. You have to see this house to believe how beautifully decorated it is and is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Only 5 mins from the new and exciting shopping district of Prasada! Every amenity you could ever want and more is located within a 5 min drive including - Costco, restaurants, shopping and soon a casino!

The house was a perfect size for 4 people. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a fenced in back yard which is convenient when letting your dogs out. The owner was wonderful and very responsive when we had questions during our stay. The coffee maker broke while we were there and the next day a new one was dropped off. It’s rare to get this kind of service! We were pleasantly surprised. One thing to note: Next to the house is a walkable clean park where you can walk your dogs. It is super convenient and quiet.

Our stay was for three weeks ,close to amenities such as theater, restaurants, churches, and friends our host took well care of us and was very responsive. we did pay to have the pool heated, but it just turned out to be too cool while we were there to really enjoy it.

Beautiful property, great location , convenient for shopping and activities

My hubby and I with the family had a great stay at Ray’s vacation home for 2 weeks . Pool was wonderful and the layout of home very nice . With the park across the street, walks were enjoyable for the family and dogs . Certainly a nice place to vacation. And Ray was very responsive to any questions we had . Definitely would like to come back.

Beautiful place

Pool at perfect temperature with great decoration, quiet neighborhood, this was also a good time of the year as far as weather: Not too hot nor cold. Just a little note: If you like cooking while on vacation, the kitchen is a bit lacking like one small pot and one big one with 5 lids that didn't fit. That was not a big problem for us.

Better than pictured

House was perfect for myself, husband, two toddlers, my mother, brother and his wife. Pool is great for young kids that can’t swim because there’s a large shallow landing that they can hang out in. Location was great. House had everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay. Received a ton of info from owner prior to arriving but two attempts to reach them during 9-day stay were unsuccessful. Overall, I would book this house again in a heartbeat.

House, pool, and neighborhood were nice, I’d stay there again. Really enjoyed the pool. Green area across street was nice for my dog. Grocery store and restaurants near by. The kitchen is the best equipped VRBO I’ve seen, everything you could possibly need. Lots of bath and pool towels. Laundry was nice. Had one problem which home owner quickly resolved. Home owner very easy to work with, quick to respond to questions snd inquiries.

Ray was a breeze to work with. Always helped and answered any questions we had. LOVED the outdoor area by pool! Fresh oranges and grapefruit on backyard trees were Amazing! Pool, palm trees, water feature, lounge chairs, fire pit ( although we did not use fire pit OR the gas grill while our month there). Property/ pool all taken very well care of while there. Kitchen very well stocked with pots pans/ Keurig or coffee maker, etc. Great, quiet location. Felt very safe. Thanks again Raymond Roy for a Great stay!

Excellent property.

Had an initial problem which the owner did not know about but when notified he immediately took care of it. We have rented this property before and it is an excellent house and grounds to stay in. Quiet location with easy access to a number of nearby shopping locations and to a major 4 lane highway. Would not hesitate to rent it again if the occasion arises where we need to be in the area again.
