Property is located on the ocean in a 4 star hotel resort with beautiful views of the ocean and city from the balcony . The hotel has one pool,two hot tubs ,tiki bar by the pool and a spa. There is a valet and concierge service for guests.The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living and kitchen. The unit has been renovated and exquisitely furnished. You will be a 10 minute drive or bus ride from South Beach.
THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready. Guests have the use of two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level. GYM is available to guests. The renovations are complete
Parking is only valet. $35 a day for week days, $40 a day for weekends and weekly charge $175.Oversized vehicles-$50 weekends and $45 weekends.
A pack and play is available at a charge of $30 but is subject to availability.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I am a homemaker living in Miami beach. I lived my formative years in India where I went to school and college, then moved to Hong Kong for work where I lived for 14 years. Got married and moved to new York city, Manhattan. For the past 3 years have been in Miami beach, I call it home now!! My children are at an age where I can get back to work. It is in a condo hotel, the conveniences of the hotel are great. Beaches of miami are a huge attraction for people and this property is directly on the ocean.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this property as I mentioned is its location, in mid Miami beach, part of a condo hotel and on the ocean. The condo is 15 minutes away from most Miami attractions. I have newly renovated the place and it has lovely furnishings, chandeliers etc. It would be a pure pleasure to stay here.
