Our stay was perfect. This location is convenient to downtown Estes and close to both the Beaver Meadows and Falls River RMNP entrances. We had a 1BR/1Bath which met our needs perfectly. Brandon was friendly and responsive to our needs. The unit was clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend this to friends.
We enjoyed our stay - it was close to everything in Estes park, the National Park, shops, etc. Bed was comfy and it was a quiet, calm area! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was were from the south and are used to A/C. The host had multiple fans and a ceiling fan which helped - but it took a minute to get used to no air conditioning!
We had a great one night stay at this quaint little suite! The communication was top notch, the place was clean, and we felt safe here with our new baby!
This grouping and cluster of little condo houses was a perfect spot to stay in Estes Park. The location was easy to get to our sightseeing and we absolutely loved the close parking to the front door and lay out of the rental in general. highly recommend this place to stay at
Where do I start... Everything was to perfection! The property manager is stellar to say the least! Excellent communication (always available if you need anything), professional, responsive and kind. The unit and property grounds were very clean and well kept. Specifically the unit I stayed in; the shower was amazing! The bed was super comfortable, I loved the coffee station. Very cozy! Parking was important to me and I was not disappointed. Location, Location, Location! Easy access to everything in town. I would stay here again and plan on doing just that! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.
The cottage was very nice, easy to find and very conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.
The mattress in our cottage was probably the most comfortable I've ever encountered on any travels, I've never slept better on vacation.
Wish we could've stayed longer!
I loved this place and would definitely book again anytime we are back in Estes Park. It was very clean and cozy. Very dog friendly. The host provides good amenities, including an espresso machine for morning coffee! If you are looking for a quiet mountain getaway but also still close enough to town for entertainment and dining, this is a perfect option. Very convenient if you're visiting RMNP. Just a short drive to any restaurants or shops, and the Stanley Hotel. Thank you so much, we will be back!

My husband and I and our 7lb doggie, Sassy, thoroughly relaxed in our little cottage. We stayed in the Chiquita cabin. It was so cozy and had everything we needed. It was very very clean, had a smart tv, expresso machine, fireplace and comfortable bed. The scheduling was easy and the owners sent us all the info needed and everything happened exactly how they said it would. We ran into Brandon who was the manager and he was very pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed chatting with him. We will definitely be back to say here again.!
Overall, very pleased with the property, cleanliness, location, hosts, etc. The only issue that we had was the noise from the adjoining cabins. For both nights, we were awoken by our neighbors getting “busy” (hooray for vacation!). Fortunately, it didn’t last long, lol! Another room you could hear their conversation at breakfast. We realize this isn’t uncommon and there’s not much that can be done, but wanted to share the only downside.
Overall, happy with this condo for the stay! It was at a great location close to downtown Estes Park. Pet And family friendly. It was a little hot due to no AC, but the property manager had plenty of fans, as well as noted to mitigate the heat. Would recommend staying here, and would stay here again!
It was a nice and small place to keep cozy, and warm. The host was on-site and answered any questions we may have had, and were very helpful. Highly recommend.
