Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties. Reservation will be canceled, and immediate eviction from the property will be enforced, a fine of $500 will be applied.
No Additional Guests Allowed. Charge of $50 per person per night for any additional guests staying overnight will be applied.
No Smoking. Charge of $250 will be applied to cover the cost of deep cleaning and deodorizing the space.
