Great house and location

We were in town for the TN/OU game and the location was great. Quick drive/Uber to OKC to check things out and a 30 minute drive to Norman for the game. The house is completely updated and had everything we needed The hosts were super responsive and friendly. Go Vols!

OU Football game

The host cancelled our stay late evening the night before arrival with explanation, “something came up.” I let it go without further explanation because it was useless. With no time to find a new place my family and I scrabbled to find an acceptable accommodation. Terrible experience.

Crazy we get a 1 start review when I called the guest as soon as my team let me know of the issue at home that was out of my control. They would not have been able to stay there, I let them know and offered to buy them a couple hotel rooms, and guest requested the refund.

Nice cozy house

We have high standards for "Premier Hosts" and this one is not quite at that level. Yes, it is a great home and if you don't mind a two level house, then I would recommend! The only problems we have is the outdated pots and pans, old dishwasher that we had to use every night. We did have an issue with ants and the remote for the garage was inoperable. However, we did get good responses from the caretaker (Eva) and she was ready to fix any issues we had. The lack of having a book or binder available with local information, instructions on use of equipment and appliances, and a list of requirements for check-out separates a good premier host, from a great one. In fact, we could tell the owner is really not available, but Eva was and deserves all the credit for her quick responses!
