This was a great cozy home that was exactly what we were looking for - well appointed, central location, beautiful forested area, and close to the ocean as well as the beautiful hikes we took. The home was well stocked, clean and had a super cozy vibe. Everything was super smooth including check in. This is a great deal for the size of the home and location!

We had the best time in the redwoods. House had everything you could want and so many interesting things to look at. I would HIGHLY recommend this house. You could fit many people and there were many things to do.

Great location, easy walk to the beach. The place matched description so no surprises there. Lot's of open room to throw the ball around with my boys.The enclosed space was good for the dog.

There was a slight problem getting the hot water going at first but turned out to be the circuit breaker . A maintenance person was contacted by the host but we were able to fix it ourselves, The stairs are bit of challenge ! Also wish the tv was in the living room. other than that very clean cozy great kitchen and supplies, everything you would need Great having the fenced yard for my dog ! no worries ! Also really nice to walk across the bridge to the local grocery and of course the river.! All and all we had a great time.

This cozy 2 bedroom central to Monte Rio was everything described by the host. There was only two of us for this trip yet see it as roomy enough for a family stay. It was warm, inviting. Comfortable in amenities well stocked kitchen with all you would need for any type of meal. The Master Bedroom offers a seating area for reading and a nice warm cup of coffee. Directly across from this master is the really well-done bathroom / shower.This home is short walking distance to the river, in which we enjoyed often during our stay. This vacation stay was all we hoped for and desire many opportunities to revisit in the future.
