Beautiful property, very peaceful!

Our family of 6 traveled in from OK and VA for a family vacation. We visited wineries, had delicious meals and relaxed! The chickens were fun to see, the house was spacious and comfortable for breakfasts and watching football and movies at night. We ate s’mores the last night by the fire pit! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did a grocery order and picked it up on our way in. Overall it was a spectacular vacation!

Amazing property, excellent location, can’t wait to stay here again!

This property made us feel right at home and was exactly what we were looking for in this family trip. We enjoyed the large kitchen area every day and the kids enjoyed the pool and game room every opportunity they could. The house is clean, rooms are comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip. Everyone in the group said they’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and Amber answered them quickly. If you’re looking for a property in the area and it’s within your budget don’t hesitate to book this place.

Perfect stay and beautiful home

We stayed here while up in Napa for our wedding weekend. Everything was the Broadway house was perfect. The house was perfectly clean and was equipped with everything you can think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fabulous Property

After a full day of wine tasting, this home was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the Jacuzzi is the ideal spot to relax. Our stay at the Broadway Farmhouse was amazing!

The Broadway Farmhouse is a great destination for a trip to the Sonoma/Napa Valley! The house, the cottage and the pool house offered premier sleeping quarters for our family and friends. Amber has done a fabulous job decorating and providing all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay! The house is cozy and comfortable…we didn’t want to leave! The outdoor patios and fire pit allowed for evening chats and a glass of wine! The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for relaxing! This property exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you Amber!

I can't imagine anything this property didn't have! Space for groups of people to be together, but also have alone time, high end finishes, hot tub/pool, fitness room, supplies, even farm fresh eggs! We LOVED our stay and hope to return.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The space was much larger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The photos truly don’t do it justice—everything was even more impressive in person. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, with every detail considered. Whether you're traveling as a family, or a group, this place offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Fantastic property. Our group of 8 had a great time. Tons of room and great property with lots of get away spaces. We came in from the East Coast and having the chef and server come in the first night was awesome so we could just unwind and enjoy the property. The exercise room, pool and hot tub were excellent. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful spot for a family gathering

Our family had a lovely July 4th gathering in this beautiful home. We were a multi generational group and all our needs were satisfied. The game room is amazing, the pool is lovely, yoga room a huge plus and so many places outside and inside to gather. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit, bbq dinner under the stars and fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning. There were beautiful birds all around, roses overflowing in the garden, fresh fruit on the trees and the sound of frogs at dusk. We are city folks so this slice of nature was heavenly. Located very close to town and hiking and everything Sonoma has to offer. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

Awesome Sonoma Experience

If you are looking for incredible accommodations for your wine country experience, this is it! It’s only about 25 minutes from the Oakville area and where the great vineyards are at. We took a girls trip but this property can easily accommodate five couples comfortably. I cooked everyday and the kitchen was perfectly laid out. Super easy to communicate with the owners. We will be back!

A dream week in paradise...

Our family had a glorious stay at the Farmhouse. The property was a dream; we were so sad to leave! Amber and Karen were such gracious hosts - they welcomed us with a basket full of local treats and some beautiful wines to enjoy. They were attentive, available, and answered all of our questions. The home is clean, cozy and pristine. Between the main house, the cottage, and the pool house, we had plenty of space for our large group of grandparents, kids, and cousins. The pool is a glorious oasis, and my daughter was THRILLED to wake up each morning and check the chicken coop for fresh eggs (which were delicious). The rose garden and outdoor kitchen area are stunning. I would recommend this property with great enthusiasm and zero hesitation. I'm dreaming of rebooking and sharing another special family holiday at the Farmhouse in the future.

Our family had a wonderful 6 days/nights Sonoma vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Broadway Farmhouse (6 days/nights) celebrating a milestone birthday. It’s a perfect location; and a gem of a property. Fully stocked with everything you could think of. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could dream of. Spectacular pool and hot tub. Lovely grass area, basketball court and sand box for the kids. The game room was a hit with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and much more. There is an outside wood table that seated all of us, and a fire pit to end the perfect night. It is secluded and gated to provide complete privacy. We had a truly memorable vacation. Amber was super easy to work with and was very responsive to our inquiries prior to check in. 5 Stars… for sure! We can’t wait to book again next year.
