Perfect for family of four

We chose this location to be close to a party venue at the Four Hour Day Lutherie. The location was convenient and the house is lovely. Letitia’s artwork is vibrant and makes is feel like you’re in a gallery. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plush.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a family celebration. Letitia was wonderful with communication from when we made our reservation to check out. Her messages were clear and detailed. The house was just like home. While the bedrooms are small, there is great storage and plenty of cost hangers. The living space was open and comfortable for hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood, we always found parking for our 2 cars. Recommend this place. If we return to Baltimore, we would stay here.

Overall Nice Rental

House is well maintained. Front steps are a bit uneven and could cause an injury. Livingroom furniture is spacious, but no back support causing you to slouch. I was with older family members and don't want to seem petty, but these are the observations noted.

Hi Donta, we are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The steps are made from concrete and accompany a handrail both leading up to the front door and at the front door. The sectional is a cloud sectional and guests should sit all the way to the back of the couch if they desire support as it is a large comfortable relaxing couch. There are also other seating options within the living room such as the other 2 arm chairs or even the 8 adjustable table height chairs. Please note that all the pictures are true and accurate. As this is a townhouse we do have steps leading up to the second floor and down to the basement.
