Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country farm. This 2 bedroom 2 bath house sits on 100 acres and is the largest private walnut farm in Tennessee. You will be secluded yet only 15 min away from Columbia, TN where you can find almost any restaurant or store you need. We are also only 40 min to Franklin, an hour to Nashville and 1 1/2 hrs to Huntsville, AL.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host Denise was very helpful with any questions and answered text questions immediately. I really enjoyed my walks on the beautiful property. When we left she brought over a freshly baked loaf of sourdough. Highly recommend Sweetwater Farm Market if you find them open. Only 6 minutes away.

Repeat visitor. Excellent up to date, recent construction on expansive rural property. Quiet and comfortable. Sit on the covered porch and listen to turkeys in he morning and see deer in the tree lin of adjoining fields. Owner is gracious and helpful. Easy access to many Civil War sites in central Tennessee. Frasnklin, Spring Hill and Columbia all less han 20 minutes away. Nashville about 30 minutes. Highly recommend this proprty for a spot to decompress or spend quiet time.. 5 star. *****

It was clean, beautiful and peaceful! The only reason for the 4 stars is because the Wifi went out and my husband is a huge TV person plus football was on. Overall it was a great place to be.

Best of rural experience

Quiet rural southern farm guest house. 5-star all the way! Residence is either relatively new construction, or recently completely renovated. New flooring, new kitchen, nicely appointed with attractive finishes. Comfortable bedrooms. Host residence is entirely separate by 500 yards and invisible, but easily accessible, friendly and responsive. Property is 15 minutes from Columbia, Tennessee and an hour or less from downtown Nashville. Supermarkets, Walmart and restaurants 15 minutes away. Sit on your rocking chair on the front porch with coffee in the morning or with your favorite cocktail in the evening, and listen to turkeys gobble or watch deer wander in the fields. If you looked at and considered this property for your get-away, you're probably looking for a quiet but convenient, out of town experience. This is it.
