Explore the beautiful river and nearby Sweet Arrow Lake, perfect for fishing or hiking just minutes away. At sunset, unwind by the fire or enjoy a delicious charcoal BBQ under the painted sky.

The space
Please read carefully before booking:

Patties and/or visitors are not allowed.

The entire property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will have access to all of them. This home accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort. The home is ideal for families who value a minimalist getaway and an authentic living experience.

Bedroom #1 - Master bedroom: Located upstairs on the right side. It features 2 queen-size beds and a full bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub, and standing shower). Maximum 4 guests (2 per bed).

Bedroom #2: Located upstairs on the left side. It features a twin-size bunk bed and a double bed, plus a bathroom (sink and toilet). Maximum 4 guests (1 guest per bunk bed and 2 guests on the full-size bed).

Bedroom #3: Located downstairs near the entrance. It features a double bed and accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. This bedroom does not have a bathroom. The nearest bathroom is outside the bedroom, next to the kitchen.

Bedroom #4: A separate studio unit next to the main house with its own private entrance. It features a double bed, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dinnerware), along with a private bathroom (sink, toilet, and standing shower). Only 1 guest can fit in the bathroom at a time. Maximum 2 guests. The studio has low ceilings, including the bathroom, so please consider this if anyone in your party is over 6 feet tall.

All bathrooms have hot water in the shower, but the sinks only supply cold water.

A/C is available in warmer months (mid-March to mid-October) and not available in winter. Heating is available in winter (extra portable heater available upon request).

Iron and ironing board included.

Four parking spaces are available on the driveway.

There is a back patio and a backyard with plenty of furniture, as well as a charcoal BBQ grill. Please make sure to bring your own charcoal.

There is a fire pit, and firewood is provided.

There is a small creek that is not suitable for swimming.

WiFi is available, but the signal is very limited and unreliable due to the location. Unfortunately, it cannot be consistently guaranteed, which is why we do not list it as an amenity.

(Late check-out: $100 per 30 min after 10am)

Fire Pit and complimentary firewood provided

Please bring your own lighter/flint, these are not supplied

Charcoal grill available, make sure to bring your own charcoal (utensils provided)

No additional guests past your booking confirmation are allowed

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

No parties or third-party bookings; only registered guests may enter the property

Strictly no pets allowed; documented service animals must be registered prior to arrival

Any violation will result in removal and no refund

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on property ($1500 smoke odor removal fee)

Please respect quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise or complaints can result in full deposit forfeiture and removal

Maintain the space in good condition; extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay

Use designated parking; do not block driveways or access points

Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning when leaving the property

Valid ID required for booking

Full names of all guests must be disclosed
