Overall was good. Apartment needs a little upgrades, such as the couch in the great room , and some maintenance work, such as the faucet in the primary bath. But overall a good experience.

Perfect Location

This property was even better than the pictures!! It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and very spacious. The location was perfect for our needs, loved the coffee shop across the street and other great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were great as well and checked in on us to make sure we were good.

I received the msg at 3pm that our room was ready, and we arrived around 5:30/6pm. At this point the communication was quick and positive. As we entered the apartment, there was trash on the stairs, there were dirty sheets and towels on the kitchen island, couch looked slept on, none of the beds had sheets on them, trash was in the trash cans, it was so gross! We thought someone was possibly still there. I messaged the host NUMEROUS times to try and sort it out and after 1.5-2 hrs of ZERO responses, I was simultaneously on the phone with VRBO customer service. I had to go back to the room and take pics of the bathroom "as per the protocol for a refund." That was when the host opened the door and offered the excuse that "her chat assistant dropped the ball." She "graciously" offered to cancel our room without charging us, gee thanks!! She approved the refund with the customer service and went back inside shutting the garage, leaving my coworker and I in the alleyway trying to find lodging for the evening at 8pm. And told us her neighbors didn't like it when ppl were outside. Like we could go anywhere else? We were in Philly for a work conference. She couldn't have cared less. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Seriously just go to a hotel these rentals are not worth it anymore.

Great property; great location

This property is located in the heart of the Fairmount District of Philadelphia, about a 15 minute walk fromCenter City. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has all the amenities one might need for a short or longer term stay. The owners were friendly, flexible, and easy to communicate with. There are lots of restaurants within a four block radius and art, museums, and other Philadelphia landmarks are nearby. Definitely worth a visit
