Nice Studio with Garden view 029
Baan Peang Ploen offers a colonial vintage decoration of yesteryear with the remarkable mountain view of Khao Takiab over the outdoor swimming pool. The high ceiling club house offers the simple pleasure of old times. Situated 500 meters away from the beach where horse riding is one of the not-to-miss activities, a 10-minute-walk to Cicada and local convenience stores only across the street. This studio is quiet and functional for week ends.
House Rules: no breakfast service
The company doesnt allow guest more than the capacity specified above
The guest has to pay a security deposit of 1,000 THB at check-in date and will be refunded at check-out date
Booking confirmation of 50% of total amount of the stay is non-refundable and date cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
Tenants are responsible for any loss and damage of the property
Check in 2 p.m. / Check out at 12:00 pm
Late check out can be request and will be charge the equivalent of 1 night stay.
