Beautiful cabin! We had the best time there. It is very conveniently located. It had plenty of room for us. We loved having all the back porches with the breathtaking views. It had plenty of dishes, cookware and appliances that met our needs. We would stay there again.

Fantastic place for large gathering. Games, hot tubs, theater room, and TVs throughout the house provided something for everyone. Loved that group of 25 could all eat together in the dining room. Could not have been more pleased. Hosts were proactive with helpful communications.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of bears visiting! Check-in was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. The host was very responsive to any requests that we had. Only disappointment was in some of the cleanliness, but the host did make it right.

Perfect setup for large families. Had our kids and grandkids together for a great weekend. Location was minutes from so many things. They all loved it! Beautiful views too from all 3 balconies.

what a perfect location for a trip to Dollywood. this house has all the room you’ll need for everyone in your group. multiple decks & it’s so peaceful. you can even hear the whistle of the Dollywood Express steam locomotive.Hosts are super responsive and even out goofy dog was made to feel welcome.

This stay was with 21 youth and 6 adults. Cabin was just as stated on the listing. The cabin was clean and decorated nice. Loved the two large tables for eating and gathering the group together. Owner was very attentive to our questions.

Best Pick!

It took my family a whole week to find the right house for our 22 person family reunion ranging from infant to late 80s, and I am super happy we found Brocks place! The house was just as the listing showed, Brock was an amazing host and was very quick to respond to any messages and needs. Best location ever! We had a spectacular mountain view on 3 different level balconies, 5 minutes from Dollywood, 10 minutes from city activities, easy access roads, we even saw a lone bear which we thought was awesome. Definitely book this cabin if you’re in between places - IT’S THE ONE!

Good gathering spot for multiple families

Booked to celebrate early Thanksgiving with extended family. We liked the double dining room tables, comfy beds that are all outfitted with lovely plush pillows and blankets, the theater room with massive TV, and the views. This house has close neighbors on the right but none on the left which makes it feel a little more private and quiet even with it being in an established community. The left side of the house has a small grass area that butts up to a bank so our pets were able to romp a bit and do their business without worrying about traffic or distractions. We’re all Dollywood season pass holders so we loved the very short commute. So short we went before dinner for the rides and after dinner to see the lights. Overall we had a good experience where we could make memories together but also all had space to spread out.
