Welcome to ESVA! We are surrounded by beautiful waters, wildlife, farms, and trails. Don’t fret, because we also have small town charm, exquisite eateries, lots of local shopping and delicious ice cream! Boaters paradise, family friendly beaches, weekend getaway , golf trip…. this is the escape you are looking for! We are within miles from public boat launches for ocean or bay side at the southern tip of this wonderful peninsula. State park <2 miles away has beaches and trails, Cape Charles 10 minutes north is a great beach option for families looking for calm waters or take a day trip south (35 mi) to VA beach oceanfront or north (75mi) to Chincoteague Island. Arnold Palmer courses at Bay Creek or private kayak tours to a local vineyard, this location is prime and our house is perfectly located within proximity to all. Lounge on the lawn chaise with your coffee as the daybreak wakes up the surrounding crops or sip cocktails on our screened porch as the sunsets! Grill and full kitchen at the ready! Yard is perfect for boats-big driveway, hose close by and a cleaning station too. Come do everything or nothing, either way it will be memorable.
