This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 3 with parking just downstairs from the unit. The Unit itself is has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open concept Kitchen/Livingroom. There is a full size bed and a cute sitting area for eating or working with a Roku TV. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination in it. These units are updated but have managed to keep its 1900s charm.


*no washer/dryer currently; we are working on getting them installed*

**there is a staircase getting into the property from the parking are but none once inside the unit*** THERE ARE 2 sets of stairs to the unit. Please see photos for pictures of the stairs

Everything was great! The host was easy to communicate with. The place was well appointed and easy to stay in and quiet. Everything was clean and there was plenty of utensils and kitchen items. Thank you! Would rent again !
