This 1 bedroom with King Bed and full bath ensuite with twin size bunk beds in hallway and additional full bathroom comfortably sleeps 4 with room for air mattress in the living room for up to 6 guests total. Well appointed kitchen for you to prepare meals. 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores so come to relax and enjoy the quiet. Note $40 parking pass required. You will purchase from security guard on arrival.

Lock the doors
Please have all dishes cleaned and returned to the cabinets where you found them.
No need to strip beds or put towels any specific location. The cleaners will replace all and take the ones from your stay offsite to clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please keep all doors and windows closed as humidity will cause issues and may prevent A/C from functioning properly.
Please rinse off yourself and any beach equipment at shower provided by pool to remove excess sand before returning to condo from beach.

A pleasant place to stay

We've stayed at a number of condos at the The Dunes over the past few years, and this is definitely one of the better one's overall. It had a very nice appearance, and things were generally very clean upon arrival. The property owner was very responsive to questions or any issues we had during our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again if available.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We could see the Ocean from the Balcony and out the window. Molly sent me an information for checking in and how to get information about beach safety. Very understanding when I let her know there were issues about getting out on time. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay this is the place.

Our first Fort Morgan stay

Mrs.Molly and her husband were super easy to communicate with. She messaged when I booked,again a few days before our check in, through our stay and then again on our check out day. Their place had everything we needed from the bathroom to the kitchen items. The bunks slept my kids comfortably. The condo had security and was clean. Definitely would stay here again. We normally stay in Dauphin Island so we like the quietness of the beaches at this end of Fort Morgan.
