Kitchen features include granite countertops, soft close cabinets, Gorgeous tile backsplash & a stainless appliance package. Double master suites with each bedroom having its own bath. Larger bedroom also has full over full bunk. Both baths have been beautifully updated. Wi-Fi and utilities included. The convenient laundry room is just steps from the condo. This condo has assigned parking (#12) under the building. You are able to put a kayak in the spot in front of your car too. Plenty of guest parking as well! Enjoy the relaxing views from the glass enclosed patio of the Gulf & wooded area. Beautiful fenced in pool just steps from the elevator. The path outside leads to the community owned dock on the Gulf. Fish, launch your kayak or just sit and relax watching the spectacular sunsets. Wonderful location close to Sunset Beach and Fred Howard Park Beach. Sponge Docks only 2.8 miles away, Tarpon Springs Golf Course 2 miles, Sunset Beach 1 mile.
