The brand-new kitchen features locally handcrafted Amish cabinets that are topped with custom countertops that will thrill any home chef. Awesome Stay!

This property was awesome! Located just outside of town on a beautiful property! The house is clearly very old but completely updated!! There was room for everyone, it was clean and beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Washer and dryer available as well as a grill and outdoor games. We loved it! Will definitely visit again!

Plenty of room for everyone and ample outdoor space. Enjoyed the panoramic view sitting on the front porch watching the sun rise while drinking coffee. The location is adjacent to the Marty Bender wildlife hiking trail. Great morning hike along the Smoky Hill River. Plenty to do on the property as well, but we didn’t have afternoon or evening time available as we were in town for my son’s wedding. The basement has a rustic “dude cave” that we explored. New appliances, two full bathrooms, and roomy sleeping areas.

Very nice well maintained property conveniently located to many places to visit or dine. Host was very easily contacted and responded quickly. Offered many suggestions on things to do in Salina. Off the beaten path and away from traffic and disturbances. Highly recommend.

Great House and Location

Location is amazing. Secluded for privacy. Great sunrise views. Brian checked to make sure all was well and if anything was needed. Only downfall: inaccurate description of house. This house is only 4 bedrooms. The twin/trundle beds are in an open room located between the living room and kitchen.

Peaceful location, close to town, loved the house

Just outside of town so perfect and convenient yet peaceful! Great communication and easy access to get in. We all thought the house and decor were neat!The bed upstairs was pretty uncomfortable, but the downstairs bed was MUCH better! The teens actually preferred the couch over the beds and were unimpressed they didn't have TV's in the bedroom for those that require that. I personally didn't mind. Loved the little fans in the rooms.

Check-in was far different from any other I have seen. Owner required direct communication and phone call. Kitchen was nice.White and light colored carpet in country home with lots of mud. Aesthetic, but not wise or beneficial.

Thank you for not trashing the house and cleaning the inside of the house and cleaning up all of the beer cans cigarette butts from the yard, the puke on the front porch from your weekend party. You paid for 6 people but you had 15 vehicles. You busted a 800lb hammock. Unfortunately, the neighbors did not appreciate the burnouts and races on the road in front of this propert. The town offers a safe official burn out and race event for this reason. As mentioned in the house, rules before you booked the place, we do not allow parties or smoking. We have 23 semi loads of rock, you wpuld have to walk out of your way to find mud. Most guests take their shoes off on expensive flooring if its muddy. Since I charged you for the damages and for the extra guests that you faild to mention, I would have expected nothing less than a 3 star review. I seriously do appreciate you cleaning the place as best you could.

Girls trip- Salina Marathon

So amazing! Settled between beautiful fields, the home was beautiful and peaceful- combining old farmhouse charm with very modern amenities. Small touches everywhere to make you feel welcome. Loved the double shower heads - perfect for an after marathon soak!If the house wan’t enough, Brian was wonderful- eve going out to install an outdoor tv when I inquired about one! lol!! He had great resturaunt recommendations and was always there if we needed him! We came to run a marathon in Kansas but found a great retreat!
