A beautiful entrance with high ceilings greets you as you enter the house, with a spacious office and desk to work in is on the right. Immediately to the right is a dedicated dining room followed by a large open area. The kitchen has gorgeous quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, gas stove and more. The living room has a large 65" TV and gas fireplace. Login to your favorite streaming service to relax and unwind.

On the main level is a half bathroom and laundry room, access to 2 car garage and the master suite. The master has a large king size bedroom and large bathroom and walk in closet. The bathroom has a standup shower and separate tub.

Upstairs are 2 full size bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. The game room has a 55" TV, foosball table, Jenga game and multiple seating options.

The gated backyard is perfect for enjoying the Texas weather at the provided patio table.

The garage will fit 2 vehicles and the driveway will fit 2 vehicles, plus plenty of street parking. A Ring doorbell camera that records video and audio is installed at the front door, and captures the front door area, driveway and street.

Across the street is serene pond and paved walking trail.

This was a great rental house. Very clean, very well stocked, and host responded quickly to any questions. For example, the Keurig did not work when we arrived and the host just ordered and sent another one even though there was another coffee pot to use. It is pet friendly and there is a pond with a walking trail directly across the street which was lovely. It is also very family friendly. It was a great experience for us.
