As featured in Luxury Editor, this brand new 1,775 sq. ft residence comes with designer furnishings, 1 bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, 1 secondary bedroom with Queen bed, 1 third bedroom with a Queen bed, living and dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.

We are proud to announce Ariva Serviced Residences has been designated as the Official Luxury Apartments of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.

Guests have access to Ariva's extensive facilities, including over 3 acres of landscaped outdoor amenity areas and more than 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor amenity spaces. Features 4 swimming pools, 2 spas, indoor/outdoor resident lounges, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga & cycle studio, theater, entertaining kitchen and dining area, great lawn, outdoor fire pits, basketball & volleyball courts, game room lounges with billiards, foosball, shuffleboard and ping pong, business center, conference room and pet park.

Our Guest Services team is available 7 days a week, from 7am to 6pm. In addition, guests can also access Ariva's app to make appointments for wellness services (personal training, massage and nutrition), housekeeping services, pet services (dog walking, dog sitting and grooming) and handyman services.
