Very Poor Management
Stayed for two nights and second night couldn’t even get into my room because the door wouldn’t let me in. Had something to do with the batteries with the door key reader. After three changes in keys and the master key not opening the door, a manager was called and Ajay, the manager, told the maintenance guy he was two hours away to come in and help with the door. So I was given the option of waiting in my vehicle or in another room which I took. Over five hours later and still no manager so when I called the front desk, I had to repeat everything since no communication happened to let the change in staff know about my situation. The new front desk help tried getting a hold of the manager and when I asked her to call the manager to help me out since I still had no access to my room, she got a hold of Ajay who said he would be there shortly. I got very little sympathy from Ajay when he got there and I collected my personal items and then asked to get checked out at 4:00am since I was not going to stay in a place where the management had no concern or respect for the people staying at their hotel. Very disrespectful management but the employees did the best they could given they were not given any ability to help me out. Also found out from Ajay that the same room was having issues with the battery to the door key reader two weeks prior which makes little sense to put someone in a room with issues to the door.
