Nestled on commercial property with 3 other rentals, and a venue for groups, this efficiency has a step up bathroom, a comfortable queen bed and sofa sleeper and a small porch with a lake view. Clean and spacious, this can be a wonderful place to unwind, work, or a combination of both. A short walk downtown takes you to the shops and bars and restaurants that put Kelleys Island on the map. Rent a golf cart a few days and explore this geological wonder. Then start island hopping: Ferries to Cedar Point, downtown historic Sandusky and Port Clinton can fill your days while the star lit evenings on the porch will fill your nights.
