Clean, spacious, and perfect for our family ski/snowboard trip over the holidays. The home had all the amenities we needed to make family breakfasts and dinners, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The fireplace and Christmas décor added a special seasonal charm and made the place feel extra cozy. We would absolutely stay here again

Quiet & Cozy Family Vacation Home

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this property! The neighborhood is cute and quiet; the house was easy to find and access without issues. The photos of the accommodations are very accurate - clean, modern, well-cared for house that feels as close as you can get to staying at your own home on vacation. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; it’s clear the host thought of everything! Great location, close to the highway for excursions (but no highway noise!) and only 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

SUCH a beautiful home and perfect stay.

We had such a great stay and the hosts thought of everything. The master bed was super comfortable. Definitely great for families with young children, as there were toys, a pack-n-play, and a high chair. It was a close drive to everything. The hosts were quick to respond to questions, which is greatly appreciated. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great time staying here. We were up for family weekend at NAU and the location was perfect. The house is well equipped with everything needed to feed a gaggle of teenagers as well as a few adults. We loved the living room's spaciousness which allowed the kids to play all their beloved video games, but also gave us great seating in the kitchen. Emily was fast to communicate and the check in and check out process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this home again.PS, if you are traveling with littles, the house is loaded with everything you could need which makes traveling so much easier.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Emily was incredibly kind and proactive, even checking in ahead of time to see if we needed early check-in or late check-out, which was so appreciated.The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything a family could need. There are wonderful touches throughout, and the instructions were clear, detailed, and truly top notch.We mentioned that we were visiting for a North Pole experience, and whether it was intentional or seasonal, the home was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. The tree and décor made the weekend feel extra special and truly magical for our family.This is a fantastic property with an outstanding host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Close to NAU which was the reason we stayed. Biggest complaint would be trying to find the home in the dark. Could really use some lighting on the house number.

We had an extended stay at this property (23 days in June/July 2025). We have two small kids and we really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed by how thoughtful the owner were about small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the backyard is on the smaller side, but super nice and pleasant to hang out. The nearby park/s is/are super close, which was a hit for the kids. Since we had an extended stay, the owner offered mid-stay cleaning, which was much needed with 2 kids and it made our experience even better. I'd definitely stay at this property again and I'd recommend it to others.
