The well-appointed and recently updated 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo has all your needs! Don't forget to bring your boat as boat slip is included. The condo has two bedrooms - the master includes a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The guest room is a queen bed with access to full bath in hallway. Full kitchen, dining area and living room lead the way to an enclosed air-conditioned and heated porch overlooking the river. Master bedroom, living room and porch are all equipped with smart TVs. Secure high-speed internet is included. The quiet community also has a pool available, with views of the river! Welaka boasts beautiful hiking trails, state forest access, casual waterfront dining, close proximity to a variety of springs, and of course, the beautiful boating and fishing opportunities on the St. Johns river!

River Beauty

Mrs. Glenda was wonderful to deal with from day one the pkace was very nice and clean. Cozy and very welcoming the river view in the evening was amazing. Very quiet and everyone on the property was welcoming. We were able to stay two months and again Mrs. Glenda welcomed us with no problems. Definitely recommend for short or long term!
