Incredible location and charm

We had a concert and this could not have been better!! The weather turned out good and we walked around downtown. It was phenomenal.

Dallas wedding respite

This was a great spot for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. It was clean and modern with all the amenities we needed to get ready or the wedding and was a comfortable place to unwind afterwards. It is also conveniently located to the DART station and easy Uber pickup/drop off. There is also a grocery store, drug store and many restaurants in walking distance. The concierge was very helpful too!

While the property was enjoyable, the check in process was stressful and the contact point seemed apathetic. Prior to the trip, there was no meaningful communication with the host company; also, none of the information links worked. Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk seemed to have no knowledge of the booking (she was very helpful, however) and when I called the host contact I received no answer. After I received the keys, I was asked to register my vehicle for parking as the on site parking garage has strictly enforced towing in place. As I mentioned earlier, the information links in Expedia lead nowhere and I had no way of registering my vehicle; this is when I called the host once again. To my surprise, the person who eventually answered seemed annoyed that I had called and referred me to the information link. Eventually this was also sorted out but in total the check in/vehicle registration process took exponentially longer than it should have and stressed me out every step of the way. After this was all sorted out, however, I had a wonderful time at the property. Every attraction was within a very short walking distance and the room was clean with great views. If you decide to book this location, I would highly recommend calling the host company a few days in advance to make sure everything is sorted.
