We had a great stay and the hosts had great communication. It was a little close quarters for our family of 6 but we made it work just fine. It was a nice location for getting to Banff and the surrounding area.

Host communicated well. Complex was nicely situated and Unit was well equipped and pools were nice. TV operation was not easy, main TV in living area suddenly went blank and would not turn on again. Network connections were poor.
