This fantastic waterside 2 bedroom apt. in a restored 1840 home is located in the historic seaside town of Warren, Rhode Island. Located along an active working waterfront this home abuts a deep water marina with direct access to Narraganset Bay. A short drive from several beaches as well as culturally rich Providence, Bristol, or Newport RI. Warren is a bustling, artistic community where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, free wifi living music, and live theater all within a short walk from the property. There are at least nine great restaurants within a quarter mile's walk! It is also less than a mile to the town beach/recreation area and the bike path.
The home is a 1 level with 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) and 1 baths. bathroom includes soaking tub all custom tile . There is a waterview deck, and yard The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue on the deck for your use. Linens and towels are provided.
