Secluded Beachfront condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita.

When you enter the open concept condo you'll see the dining room and living room with TV and amazing ocean views all decorated in a contemporary nautical theme. Adjacent to the dining room is the balcony with a rocking chair, table and balcony furniture to enjoy breakfast or wine while admiring the vistas. All windows have screens . Enter the hallway passing the fully equipped kitchen and you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the Master bedroom suite with a king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioner, walk-in closet and a full o josbathroom. Amenities include bath towels, shower gels, shampoo, hairdryer, steamerm me we e, WiFi, and cable TV.
Your outdoor private terrace has direct access to ethe beach. In the terrace you will find a seating/eating area with BBQ kitchenette and an outdoor shower with a beautiful mosaics. Place was amazing from beginning to end was very sad to leave. Lilly was very helpful through out the whole stay. I will definitely go back to this spot because waking up to the ocean view every morning is priceless.

Absolutely loved our stay in Puerto Rico! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what really made it special was the host. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

When we first saw this listing, we thought it was too good to be true. After reviewing a lot of other places we came full circle and decided to book it. Turns out we were wrong - it was better than the description and photos. It is truly paradise! The apartment was immaculate and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We loved the private courtyard and beach access. Where to start with the beach…the water was crystal clear with some much wildlife to see! Margie was super responsive with our questions before booking. And the property manager Lilly was amazing and super helpful if we had a question. Seaside and Manati will have a magical place in my memories.

Margie Martinez, the owner, was easy to contact and answered all my questions prior to arrival. nice condo set up. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The photos are accurate, but do not do the views justice. Lily made sure the condo was ready for our arrival and that we had access to the property and condo before leaving us to enjoy our stay.We enjoyed the views from the condo balcony and the deck attached to our BBQ area and the close proximity to the beach. The pool was nice, as well! I would stay there again!

This property was better than advertised! It was perfect for us, the beach and surf was like paradise! Lilly, the property manager was on point from the onset and very helpful when called upon. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a relaxing beach front vacation spot.

Yes a very good experience! It was clean, well stocked, very welcoming. Lilly was very accommodating and communicated very well and provided us with all necessary information and many resources. A beautiful view and the sound of the waves so restful.

We had an amazing vacation. The location is perfect, the access to the beach is direct just a few steps away. The beach is beautiful but not so friendly for swimming as there are many rocks and waves. There is a cove 5 minutes walk from the apartment that offers better swimming conditions. The apartment is very comfortable and clean but does need some maintenance. The windows don't slide properly. The oven has one heat element that is not working. The refrigerator has a lot of condensate and needs to be repaired. The AC unit in the master bedroom cools but the water drainage is clogged so it drips inside the room. The kitchen is not well equipped. We like to eat in so we were missing sharp knives a cutting board and some other basic utensils like just 3 butter knives in an apartment that sleeps 4. I am writing these comments to help the owner improve as we had a great time and would surly want to come again.

What a beautiful property! The views and sense of serenity are truly unmatched. Our two kids absolutely loved the private beach and the outdoor pool on the property. Lilly was extremely helpful with the check-in process and was available all week to answer any questions we had.While the beach itself is beautiful, it’s difficult to enter the water due to limestone rocks right where the waves break. That said, you can walk just a few minutes to Mar Chiquita, which is unique and stunning. It also has vendors and food trucks nearby, giving it a bit of a relaxed resort feel.If you’re looking for direct beach access, peace, and natural beauty, this is the perfect place.

Beautiful view and nice quite location

The view is amazing and if you love listening to the waves this will not disappoint. Home was clean and had any essentials you may need including beach chairs and towels. Well airconditioned too! Easy walk to Mar Chiquita Beach with yummy food trucks and drinks. Also a very quick drive to Los Tubos Beach which was beautiful sandy beach with lots of waves. We loved this beach! It is about an hour and a half drive to the activities we did (Rainforest tour, boat tour, snorkel with turtles) which were on the east side of the island so keep that in mind and sometimes traffic can be heavy. Close to good restaurants and a great bakery. Nice little grocery store near the condo too.

Unforgettable Ocean and Mountain Views – A True Paradise!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean view—it’s even better than the photos. Waking up to the sound of the waves was absolute magic.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding after a beach day, the space felt like a true home away from home.Another unexpected bonus was the gorgeous mountain view on the other side—so you get the best of both worlds. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Highly recommended!

Property location was amazing!

The property location was amazing. The property manager, Lilly, was great. She checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and always responded to our texts promptly! The fact that you could not flush your toilet paper was a little hard to get used to, but regardless, we would return in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful vacation and hated having to leave. We hope to come back again soon!
