RECENTLY UPDATED
We have completed a beautiful make-over of our home on the beach. The kitchen was stylishly updated with handsome new granite countertops, new Kohler fixtures, stainless appliances, a new contemporary flat-top range and new side-by-side refrigerator. The kitchen is fully outfitted so you can cook full meals, prepare toast, make coffee (pod or drip), blend drinks and eat in. The great room provides a lovely conversation area where guests can gather and sit in full view of emerald waters. Everyone can enjoy watching a new LG 4k smart 65" QNED TV in living room and keep in touch back home on their wireless devices. A modern stack washer/dryer and automatic dishwasher are included inside the condo.

ELEGANT DÉCOR
… abounds especially with new feature artwork, a leather rocker-recliner and a second recliner plus a stylish new microfiber sofa and pillows. A new ottoman opens to reveal hidden storage with linens if needed for the queen-sized sofa bed. There is plenty of living space for your crew in a relaxed, modern and open floor plan.

… with FREE ESPN, HBO Showtime and more all on our LG 65-inch big screen 4k TV. Be sure to bring your log-in information for any streaming networks you subscribe to at home (e.g. Netflix, Paramount+, Apple TV, etc.).

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom boasts: a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, a wall-mounted 43” smart 4k HDTV, night stand, dresser, closet, and full bath. There’s another full bathroom with a walk-in shower adjacent to our custom built-in bunk area. Each bunk also offers its own TV and remote for the kids! They’ll love it. The queen-size sofa sleeper in the great room includes a mattress with a memory-foam topper for added comfort. All together, you can sleep six guests in the comforts of home.

DINING AREAS
The interior dining area and breakfast bar in the great room can easily seat six… be it for dinner, games or work. Or... sit back and grab a snack out on the balcony, listen to the surf and enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine or your favorite drink.

AN OUTDOOR PARADISE
Besides having one of the finest beaches found anywhere in the world, you can enjoy Pelican Isle’s freshwater, seasonally heated pool. Sip a drink while you lay out on lounge chairs that surround the pool or jump in our pool-side Jacuzzi spa. Want to work out? Step onto our condominium's treadmill or elliptical trainer in the fitness center.

AREA ENTERTAINMENT
Bring your fishing gear. Okaloosa Island prides itself on its massive fishing pier, boardwalk and public esplanade with dining and entertainment attractions directly on the gulf. Why not take in a show at the Gulfarium? This gulf-side marine park featuring sea lions, dolphins and a host of other sea life. You'll have many fun activities available within minutes away like parasailing, playing tropical golf, testing your skills in a batting cage and much, much more.

Explore the pristine unspoiled National Seashore with miles of unspoiled beauty right next to this beautiful resort. If it is fine dining and power shopping you want, your crew is in for a treat. There's a buzzing restaurant scene in Fort Walton Beach or just 6 miles down the road in Destin with an unlimited supply of tempting eateries, shopping malls and factory outlets. We will supply you with a long list of our favorite restaurants that are all well tried and true. There is a large, handy Publix supermarket within a few minutes of the condo.

Pelican Isle is a spectacular condominium resort on famed Okaloosa Island (only a few miles west of Destin) which unfolds with wonders just waiting to be discovered. Unlike condos in Destin and Panama City, this quiet island paradise in Fort Walton Beach has no noisy through-traffic.

Stroll peacefully in the morning along an endless beach of powder-white sand. You can kick back on your balcony, listen to the surf, sip a cold beverage and enjoy the spectacular view. You may well spot dolphins playing in the water right in front of you. Or… walk out onto our pristine beachfront, lie out on the beach and soak up the sun. Enjoy swimming in crystal-clear, turquoise waters of the gulf. There’s absolutely nothing between you and the beach... no road to cross.

MAKING A RESERVATION IS QUICK AND EASY!
Use your credit card to cover the deposit and VRBO reservation fees. Then, you’re all set. We would be happy to answer your questions and block your desired dates. Pricing for vacation rentals are seasonal. Prime season is generally timed for when public schools are out for their summer break. So when your timing allows, you can always save money by planning to reserve a week or weeks within the outstanding shoulder seasons… spring and fall. Snowbirds are welcome for long term rentals over the winter months. Inquire about special snowbird rates.

TRAVELING TO FT. WALTON BEACH
Fly directly into FWB or nearby Pensacola or Panama City, which are both about an hour away by car. Or… you can hop into your car and be at the Pelican Isle in just 6 hours from Atlanta, 4 hours from Birmingham, 3 from New Orleans and 8 hours from Memphis or Nashville.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED
If you would walk up and rent the daily beach service for two down on the shore, it would normally cost you $175 or more for the week. Ouch! Instead, we have bought into a long-term, 8-month contract from March 1 to October 31 at a much lower weekly rate for one set-up of two lounge chairs and an umbrella. And then, we are passing the savings along to you. Therefore, all of our guests can enjoy this service at greatly discounted rates while staying in unit 207 over these months. Your resulting fee for the beach service is the one listed as an "admin fee" under Host Fees within your quote. Plus, we keep a couple extra beach chairs for additional guests that are stored in the bench on our condo’s balcony.

NO DAMAGE DEPOSIT… ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION INCLUDED
Our guests tell us they really appreciate that we no longer collect a $500 damage deposit. It's just too much upfront cost and hassle for guests waiting for the return of their deposit post-stay. To protect guests from absorbing the costs of any accidental damage they may cause, we collect a small fee per stay for up to $3,000 of accidental damage protection (e.g. broken appliances, furniture, dishes, glasses, stains, screens, glass, tile, etc.). This fee is listed as a "property fee" under Host Fees in your quote. Any damage you cause must be reported directly to us (the property owner) by phone or email prior to the end of your stay for this owner-supplied coverage to apply. By making this reservation, the guest also agrees to be responsible for any damages to the unit they incur over $3000 in total.
