Age & occupancy
The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Children under 2 are not counted toward the limit.
No smoking or drugs
Smoking and drug use are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
No events or parties
The home is for residential use only. No gatherings beyond the registered guest count.
Pets
Pets require prior approval. If you`re bringing a pet, you must add them when booking. The $100 pet fee is charged at booking. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund.
Accessibility note
Please be aware that the front entrance requires climbing a short flight of stairs. Reach out before booking if you have mobility concerns and we`ll help you plan accordingly.
Service animals
Service animals are welcome. A few things to know for a smooth stay:
- Your service animal must be with you at all times — they may not be left alone in the home or crated while you`re away.
- Animals must be leashed when outside.
- All service animals must be housebroken. Indoor pads are not permitted.
- Please take your animal outside for bathroom needs and clean up waste immediately. Bring your own disposal bags and use the property trash bins — not a neighbor`s.
- Owners are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs caused by their service animal.
- Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
