This stunning 2-bedroom condo overlooks the beautiful Fox River and is nestled in the heart of downtown Oshkosh. Key Features include: Expansive Private Rooftop Deck: Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, with breathtaking views of the Fox River, Leach Amphitheater (home of Waterfest), and EAA flyovers. This is a premier private viewing spot for EAA. Spectacular Views: Located on the third floor, the condo offers spectacular city and water views from all areas within the spacious living area. Luxury Amenities: High-end appliances and plenty of seating, make it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or special celebration.
Other Things to Note:Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 11am. Sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus a Queen sleeper sofa (Main bedroom suite has private bathroom/shower.)Washer and Dryer included in the condo. Accessible via stairs only; no elevator or lift available. No children under 12, no pets. 100% no smoking, no e-cigarettes. Complimentary Wi-Fi and smart TV.
