Very clean condo. Wish there were better restaurant options at the resort. Pool and hot tub were not very warm as it was pretty cold when we were there. Staff was always fun and welcoming

A 10/10 and “very clean”? The housekeeping team just did a victory lap. 🏆 We’re so glad the unit hit the mark and that our team kept things fun and welcoming — we like to think of ourselves as professional vibe-enhancers. Now… the pool and hot tub not bringing the heat during cold weather? That’s not the cozy mountain moment we were going for. We’ll definitely let the resort know to take a look at that. And we hear you on the restaurant options — feedback like that helps us level up the on-site experience. Thank you for keeping it honest and kind (our favorite combo). Next time, we’ll aim for 10/10 and toasty poolside perfection. Deal? -NexResorts

Loved hearing this one! Nothing beats a trip where the logistics just work, and it sounds like keeping in touch made all the difference for your family along the way. That's honestly the goal every time — take the guesswork out so you can just enjoy the trip. Can't wait to have you all back for the next one. - Nexresorts
